Cannot log in to appian community site.

Hello Appian,

We have a new member and has created a new account for Appian community site.

However, the Appian community site cannot be logged in with the newly created account.

We checked that the account was created by trying the step of creating new account again. But it showed that the account already exists.

Also tried requesting "forgot password", but didn't get any email for password changing.

Please help how to solve the problem with login to Appian community site with the new account.

AFAIK appian is no longer giving legacy community version.

Although, I was refering to the 'Appian Community Site' not the community edition version.

Our new memeber wants to access the 'Academy online'.

Send an email to Appian Community(community@appian.com) with your details and login issues. They will provide a temporary password.
