Certification fees and any center at Pune?

I am looking to appear for Associate Developer to start with. And continue for most other exams.

There is no actually a center and the test is taken online, the cost is $200 (USD),

    You can get it in any place with acceptable bandwidth and exam cost is 200$ but if you have partnership then you can get it for 100$
