Character Limit for generating email body for Outlook

Hello, is there any character limit for generating the outlook email body structure? I have created a rule to generate the email body content, but it doesn't pop up the outlook email message after a certain limit of characters. If there is a limit, can we increase it or any other workaround? Thank you.

    Hi,

    Indeed there is a limit as described in the documentation (docs.appian.com/.../Send_Email_Smart_Service.html):

    NOTE: Email messages that are larger than allowed by your mail server (or service provider) fail without error notification, and do not trigger an activity exception

    Therefore, i suggest you either check your Email Server settings, or you can try it using a HTML template. As far as i remember, the template will not add to the mentioned size limit but I'm not 100% sure here.
