Cloud environment is not accessible.

Hi Team,

I'm new to Appian, which i completed some of the content of Appian Developer learning path, and i reached to the creating application exercise, I tried requesting for cloud environment to practice building my first application but i couldn't, any solution to get an access ASAP?
