I want to check communication between two roles like agent and manager(TicketRaising System)

How I can check?

Do provide some guidlines.

Actually I want to check communication between Agent and Customer for ticketraising system, what will be customer ticket and for that ticket how agent will react and solve that kind of communication I need to check.

I am totally new in Appian so just confused how to do things.
