Community Edition workspace: prefix mismatch, missing Solution app, and home page redirect loop

Hi all,

I'm working through the Appian Developer Learning Path (currently on "Build an Application: Step-by-Step #1") in Appian Community Edition, and I've run into a few related issues that seem to point to a workspace provisioning problem:

• My registered workspace prefix is W1187.
• In Appian Designer, the only Acme Sport Equipment Rental app I can see is prefixed W0902ER — not W1187ER as I'd expect for my own workspace.
• I don't see a "Solution Acme Sport Equipment Rental" (W#SER) app anywhere in Designer, with no object-type filters active.
• Navigating to Community Edition Home (/suite/sites/home) takes me back to the "Welcome to Appian Community Edition" region-selection screen — the same onboarding flow I completed when my workspace was first created — instead of a home dashboard with a "Browse App Catalog" option.

I emailed CommunityEdition@appian.com about this and haven't heard back yet, so I wanted to also ask here in case anyone's run into something similar.

Has anyone seen a mismatch like this, or know what typically causes it? Any pointers on getting this sorted would be much appreciated.
