Completed the training Appian Essential but still showing incomplete and not able to Evaluate it

I have started training Appian Essential and completed all the lesson in it but still showing Resume in some the lessons .I tried to refresh the page and  redo some of the lesson but still showing same status.

Please advice what can be done.
