Converting Word to PDF and having Issue with Encoding Korean

I generated word document by using "DOCX From Dynamic Template" smart service.

And got result like below.

--> after using "convert DocX To PDF" smart service and converting word to PDF file

Encoding error occurred and can't see Korean.

 

How can I see Korean?

    Sorry I wasn't clear enough, I meant to ask earlier if you have enabled the Korean language in your admin console which it seems you did,

    Now back to our old problem, because you're using the 3rd party plugin "Convert DocX to PDF (Aspose)" Appian doesn't guarantee that any of the app market 3rd party will work perfectly.

    now that I remember, I think that this plug-in requires a license, So might be worth a try to contact the creator of this plug-in and see if they can add support for the Korean language or if they can help you in any way.

    What do yo mean by "Downloading Korean language pack from the Admin Console"?

    Is "Internationalization" from Admin Console, the same-thing with what you are mentioning?

    Could you be more specific about how to download Korean package from Admin Console?
