In the Design Appian Records Part 1 - Build an Application: Step 5 exercise, 7th step it says to pick aavehicle from the dropdownlist but for me it doesnt appear.

I cant continue exercise because of this. Does anyone have a solution?

The image you have attached does not related to the problem you are stating.
Can you either add the screenshots of the course and your actual env to show the difference or something visual that can help us understand the problem?
