Assuming you mean there's a "next service date" field within your "ri!vehicle" CDT with the type of "date" - you will need to make this a Date Field if it's intended to accept user input, instead of a Text Field which you're currently trying to use.

In this "next service date" is a type of date  in a CDT and you make a text filed for date that's why you are not getting a next service date in a suggestion , you will need to make a "next service date" as a date field after that you only get only the suggestion of date and you also go with this docs docs.appian.com/.../Date_Component.html
