DOCX From Dynamic Template Error : The amount of time allocated for the completion of an unattended activity was insufficient to allow the activity to complete.

Hi,

I am getting this error ( The amount of time allocated for the completion of an unattended activity was insufficient to allow the activity to complete ) on DOCX From Dynamic Template node of my process model. In this process we are combining / merging multiple DOCX files to one.

 

Please help me with it.

    Does this happens every time the process runs or only sometimes?

    Seems to be related with the time it takes your documents to be merged... How many documents are involved?

    Yes, [mention:30e9241b4c1c4c17b116ff972a939045:e9ed411860ed4f2ba0265705b8793d05] It happens every time, its takes some time to process and then breaks with this error.

    It happened after version 24.2 upgrade of Appian environment. They are like 15 documents which we are trying to merge in one.

    Was it working with 24.1 ?

    Seems that something has changed in Appian, I also had problems with some plugins with this update.... (Not with that one)...

    The problem is with input and output of that node. Actually, with the new version, the node configurations have been modified. So please check the input and output configuration of the node once.
