Environment Issue

Hi All.
I am completely new to the Appian environment. Normally how long it takes to create the environment for USA region? I requested yesterday but not received any confirmation email yet. Also today when I click on the “Access Environment” button, it is asking to to choose region and other questions again. Please guide me.

Also sent an email to communityedition@appian.com yesterday, but unfortunately no response yet.

The USA region edition seems to be undergoing maintenance. Would advise to wait for a day or two to receive the email.

    Hi Pradyumna, according to the Community Edition guide, the workspace is normally assigned within a few minutes after completing the onboarding form. Since it is asking you to select the region again, your original request may not have been completed successfully. I suggest completing the form again, checking your spam folder, and contacting community@appian.com if the issue continues.
