Error Evaluating UI Expression on Operations console

Hello, I am currently taking the appian developer course and it wnats me to access the operations console from the build view waffle menu on appian designer, but as soon as I select this I am greeted with the following message:

Error Evaluating UI Expression Expression evaluation error [evaluation ID = UIYZI] : java.lang.RuntimeException: Retrieving resource failed, status code: 500

Any fixes to this? Thanks for any help!
