Error: Group Names already exist - Build an Application: Step-by-Step #3 (version 25.4)

Hello everyone!

I started the Learning Path recently and I'm having trouble in Step #3 (version: 25.4 Build an Application: Step-by-Step #3).

When I try to create a New Group (W#SA Supervisors, W#SA Registrars and W#SA Mechanics), it always says "Name already exists", for all 3 of them.

However in the objects I only have the groups W#SA Users and W#SA Administrators1.

Did anyone have the same issue? How can I fix it?

Thanks :)

Please confirm that you are using your workspace identifier in place of the # in W#SA. For example, W0001SA. Hope this helps!

Yes, I am using the correct identifier.
However, I had an error in my "W#SA Acme Auto Solution Site" and another one with the name "W#SA01 Acme Auto Solution Site" was created. Could that be the issue?

Should I follow the Build an Application Guide with this new "W#SA01" prefix?

As a quick fix, yes, you can do that. Whenever you are asked to use your identifier, include the appended 01. e.g. W0001SA01.

However, I would like to better understand why you are experiencing application objects already existing. Since your workspace is only tied to you, those objects (with those names) shouldnt exist yet.

Can you share your workspace identifier? I am unable to locate it using your community username.
