First Login Fail on Appian 21.1

Hi,

I just installed a new system of Appian 21.1, and I can see the login page. However, either default Administrator or my admin account could not let me in. The backend shows the same error of NullPointerException on CsrfTokenManager.loginTOkensMatch. Does anyone has the same issue? Thank you.

    Do you mean that you have no way of accessing your Appian platform ?

    I can't login to Appian by the default Administrator account after I installed it. Then I tried to setup an admin account in the passwords.properties file, but I still can't. Does something I miss to setup for the default Administrator account? Thank you.

    The issue is solved, and it is not related to password setting. The root cause is the http setting; I set it as https, so it could not run properly. Thanks for your help.
