Getting error while Deploying a record type from Dev environment to Test environment

Hi 

When I am trying to deploy a record type from Dev environment to Test environment I am getting below error as shown in below image. 

Can anyone help please

    Can you please check the field and source field also? Go to the list (from record type) and check that all fields are properly mapped or not. May be some fields are edited or deleted. So please check once.
