Getting specific sub folder ID

I have a scenario.

I have a parent folder ID and inside the parent folder there is may folder. And inside the folder there is many sub folder. Now I have to find out a specific subfolder ID withe help of 

parent folder ID.

Please suggest.

    Navigate to the required subfolder and click the "properties" icon?

    Then I'm not sure what you mean by "find".  What information will you be starting with, apart from the top-level parent folder ID?  For this to work you will need as much detail as possible, as Appian unfortunately is not the same as a "magic wand".
