Help needed in PDF Doc to template

Hi All, 

I have 2 fields in data type and i want to generate pdf file with the data present in Data type. I have created pdf temlate and i could see fields mapped . What value shoud i replace in " replace with " field. I replaced it with pv! but i am able to see only one row. I want to fetch all the records in data type . Please suggest
