How many days it will take to create Community Edition Site?

Hi,

I am new to Appian. I have signed up to My Community Edition Site. It's been two days I have Signed up.

It is showing message like " When your environment is available, you will receive an email with your credentials. Return here to check on your request status. ".

Anyone knows how many days it will take to create My Community Edition Site? or Do I have contact or send email to anyone for creating?

If anyone knows please let me know.

That should not take any number of days. Try to contact communityedition@appian.com

It usually gets activated within minutes, the standard wait time is upto 45 Mins only.

Now a days there are high request volumes for Appian Community Edition, so fulfillment of there requests will be delayed.

5 days completed. Still, it is not enabled.

As Stefan suggested I have mailed them regarding this issue. Let's see.

The appian team replied the same as aditya said. It's been one week still my request is not accepted.

For me also 5 days got completed. Everyday i am sending emails but the same reply "Due to high demand, it taks more time"

Same situation here, I applied on Monday, 4 days and counting. I contacted them through that mail and they told me to keep waiting :/

The same for me, almost 2 weeks have gone since the request was raised. Unfortunately, no timeline the support can provide

Most of the user facing this due to increase in new community site requests. Hope Appian will sort this availability issue soon

I got the access. They have taken almost 3 weeks to process the request.

I have registered with Office email and my personal email. I got access to only Office email.

Good that you got it finally. make sure to login once in every 5 days it will get deactivated otherwise.

Unbelievable.

I have been trying to evaluate this product since last month and I all I get is low code responses. I think I finally reached a human by email and they are unable to give any kind of timeframe for when this would be available. I was depending on something like 1 more day or 1 more week or 1 more month.

I appreciate transparency with my partners. If I cant get a clear answer about this, I don't think I can depend on them post purchase.

How much time it is taking to create CE site and allocate, I also waiting for instance.

It depends on the traffic ,it usually takes less than 3 days.Only thing we can do is to write a mail to them communityedition@appian.com

In the mean time why don't you go through Appian Documentation .Learn about Appian Objects
