How to get on-premise version of Appian

1. Want to test an on-premise version of Appian.

From Appian forum, I found something like the picture below. 

But it doesn't provide any installers.

2. Found a link for "Requesting and installing a license."

but when I click the "Licenses" link within the link, the picture below comes up.

Could I get specific steps that I can follow to get an on-premise test version of Appian?

    I think the most helpful action would be to follow the second screenshot message and contact your Appian account exec. Then follow
