How to request to join the adminstrative group of an app?

Hello,

I am working on the Portal Course. I am not listed as administrator on the WPO Wyndhamm Power Outage App so I am not able to create objects. Is there a way to request access to the group?

Something may have happened when your workspace was generated and you may not have been added to the WPO Administrator group. Send an email to communityedition@appian.com to look into it further.

If you have the designer access, you can add yourself as member of admin group of the application

It does not allow me to make any changes to the groups or add any members. I am listed as an indirect member of the all users group. I can't modify anything on the app at the moment. It shows there is not admin group for the app. What can i do?
