as title, i can i access to tomcat-stdOut.log

    Hi,

    Assume you are on Appian Cloud and please find below step to access the tomcat log,

    - Navigate to your domain/suite/logs or System Logs where you can find the Appian Designer and Admin Console

    - Do a Ctrl+F and type tomcat-stdOut.log

    Note: The log is maintained in GMT time zone.

    I have error like:"Interface Definition: Expression evaluation error: An error occurred while executing a smart service: An error occurred while trying to write to the data store [KONE_User_Development_Database]. No values have been written. Details: could not insert: [USERROLEDT2804] (APNX-1-4208-004)" for days

    Hi, You can obviously check the tomcat log for error details but few of the common scenarios for such errors are datatype mismatch, duplicates, text field having special chars or length is more than expected etc...
