Question

Is the Appian Developer online course enough to prepare you for the Associate Developer exam?

I completed the Appian Developer online course and then attempted the Associate Developer practice exam at the end. I found a lot of the questions quite different and more detailed than what the course seemed to cover. And there were some terms and topics I'm sure weren't mentioned at all in the course. Is it expected that candidates get some practical experience first before seeking accreditation?

    Hi Martin,

As an experienced developer, I would suggest, rather insist that you go for some hands-on experience for at least 6 months, working on projects/products/applications so you gather more practical knowledge on it, before attempting the exam. That is always a plus.
