Is there any usecase on cofiguring Appian HA installation with third-party HA solution?

such as Veritas Infoscale or other HA solution?

Not sure what you are looking for. My understanding of Appian HA is that it is an integrated platform feature and not something you could add using external tools.

Agreed, the only way I know of to configure HA is to utilize the out-of-the-box configurations to manage your topology. Can you give more context on why you're looking to use other technologies for HA?
