Need help with login to Appian community.

Hello Appian,

We have a new member and have created a new account for 'Appian community site'. (https://community.appian.com/ )

However, the 'Appian community site' cannot be logged in with the newly created account.

We checked that the account was created by trying the step of creating the same new account again. But it showed that the account already exists.

Also tried requesting "forgot password", but didn't get any email for password changing.

Lastly, also tried sending mail to community<community@appian.com> but didn't get any response yet.

Please help how to solve the problem with login to 'Appian community site' with the new account.
