Not able to access My Workplace

Hello, I’m currently using the free Appian Community Edition. After being inactive for ~1 month, I logged back in and my environment has been stuck on “Workspace Pending” for the past 24 hours. Is this normal, and how much longer should I expect before I can access my workspace again? Any guidance would be appreciated.

    If its been 24 hours and you can't access then suggest you to drop an email to communityedition@appian.com so they can check this.

    You will receive email from community once ready to use.
    It typically take sometime based on region.

    Write to  communityedition@appian.com in case it still not available to you.

    can clear browser and retry and still same issue can email to  communityedition@appian.com
