Process Modeller - Not able to create a new process

Hello All,

I am pretty new to Appian and started with interface designer. Now that i have reached a stage where i need to create Process model.

Un fortunately i dont get the option to create a new process model from the drop down of New button. I can only create folder for Process model

Tried on Internet Explorer as well as Mozilla firefox browsers. Same issue.

I am in the Designer/developer security user groups. This problem doesnt show up for the Administrator role. Even though i was put in administrator role. I still have same issue.

We are using the Appian Version 20.4.215.0 and on prem solution.

Please let me know if you have any solutions to this problem.
