i cannot able to create my workspace id ... please suggest how to create

      Which edition are you using (US, Indie, etc.)? What error are you getting? you should receive an email with your workspace ID.

      Us and iam not getting an error directly the web page is on display to build your app and before I cannot receive a mail regarding my workspace id

      Assuming that you have logged into community.appian.com this a common behavior. The latest community edition site will use SSO method to take you to your environment. It is not a dedicated site for you. It is a shared space and hence you will not receive any email about it but you will receive an workspace prefix. try searching for this line in your emails folders "You've been assigned the following workspace prefix".
