can someone provide the best answer for  this Appian ACD exam question it has many answers

what if I want to keep that field in the database, but I don't need it in my Appian app through the record type, isn't A is the solution

Well that's why i was implying A was probably the correct answer, since I gave reasons B and C both probably *aren't* the answer.

B is inapplicable since Record Type data doesn't use CDTs.  C, I believe (though i haven't tried), would probably not do anything as far as modifying the RecordType, other than causing errors.  Synced Records are set up such that designers should be able to do most (if not all) necessary maintenance from the Appian front-end.

 what if I want to keep that field in the database, but I don't need it in my Appian app through the record type, isn't A is the solution for this situation , and based on my understanding to record type sync , the sync won't affect the changes of the fields that was made on the record type into the data source which is the database
