Question regarding Data Sync of Record Type.

In the current Record Type, It seems Data Sync is only done,
  (1) when the Record Type is created,
  (2) when manually perform "Start Sync" from Data Sync,
  (3) At one specific time of everyday setted in the Sync Schedule.

If I want to synchronize real-time data changes

or if I want to sync according to a specific trigger?

How can I make it come true?

    For real-time sync, when you perform upsert operations on the the DSE on which this record is created, then Appian will auto sync the record. 
    In the newer version, we might see the smart service to sync the record on demand.

      Does it also work if the data source is web service or sales force?

      Updates to Salesforce are also synced (similar to Write to DSE). However, for other web services the sync only occurs on Save, Deployment, Manual Sync, and based on the schedule.
