Record type

They are visible in Site, which is not required

You can use a gridField(), and pass the record type as the data and in that same grid's configurations, you'll have this option. 
For this, you will have to map that interface as the site page instead of record type. 

Open the interface in Design Mode and then you can easily disable these options
