record type created from data store entity

when i created record type object from data store entity the data is not shown in the record eventhough the data is present inside the database but when create record from using process model data shown in record.so, pls tell how can i solve this that data will shown in my record?

    Can you please add some screenshots for assistance? I am able to understand the problem you're facing but I want to have a look at the configurations once. Also, on which Appian version are you working?

    hi harshit,

    i am using appian 20.3 version , from process model it is showing data stored in DB .but while fetching data in record from DB not showing there.
