Record Types In tiles for an Interface

Hello All,

I have a requirement to display record types in an interface.

We have around 20 record types and I should display in an interface in tiles. When we click on each tile respective record type should be open in same tab/Dialog box and perform the record actions. When cancel its should comeback to the home page. Please find the below screenshot for reference.
