Referenced smart service (Execute Stored Procedure) was not found while deployment.

Hi,

I have a process model created in legacy Appian version which runs periodically and calls a Stored Procedure. Now we are trying to move that process model and its dependents / precedents to Appian 23.2. While doing we are getting this error: 

Problems (1):
processModel 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000 "Archive Data": The processModel [id= uuid=00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000] was not imported because a required precedent is missing: The referenced smart service [local-id=executestoredprocedure.ExecuteStoredProcedurev2, name=Execute Stored Procedure] was not found. (APNX-0-0000-000) (APNX-0-0000-000)

Although, I have verified the target environment (23.2) has Execute Stored Procedure smart service in it. Please help me understand the root cause of it.
