How can download the certification that I did. I have completed L1. How can I download

    It shows up on your profile here.  You can share onto your Linkedin profile using the automated "share" feature available via your profile here.  I forget whether there's any actual certificate to "download", however.

    You get it on the email 12-15 hrs after exam completion. There is no other way to download it.

    Thanks for the clarification - that sounds familiar now that you mention it.  If it helps the OP though, i've never had much need to actually use a "downloaded copy" for anything after getting it, other than keeping for posterity / personal records.
