Smart Service - Move to Collab error

Hello community, 

In our current project we are using "Move To Collab", lately we are facing a problem with moving Login Audit Files.

Error details states:  com.appiancorp.suiteapi.content.exceptions.InsufficientNameUniquenessException: Name is insufficiently unique 

Also, please find the error log attached at the end and suggest a method to over come this problem.
