sync Failed in record type

The Requested Record Type Is Not Available Expression evaluation error [evaluation ID = 369b5:18e35] at function a!recordList: An error occurred while retrieving the data for "CMS commission type". Details: Record type is marked as synced, but its data has not yet been synced or its existing synced data has been invalidated. Contact your system administrator. (APNX-1-4198-000)

I have this error when i click sync in record type and take many time . then show this message

    Hi, Did you check  the record type? Go to monitoring view  to see about the causes. Please go through below link to troubleshoot your recordtype,
