To make task paused and resume it using process model

Question

To make task status paused  after change in time  so that paused task not able to do any task.It become inactive
How can  I make PM like this.

I have task status constants values :------
Assigned
Accepted
Paused

Depends on your goal. If you just want to make it so they can't complete a task, you can put an escalation timer on the task.
