Unable to set fields for data type

Hi Guys,

I am new to Appian and doing practices but while creating data type, I am getting error "error code 500" and unable to set fields for created data type.

I would appreciate any help on this.

Can you share a screenshot? Are you able to create the data type at all or does it immediately show an error?

Thanks Peter,

Just after giving name for data type while creating it I am getting the error and when I click on data type under app objects then again I am getting same error.

Hmm, in that case I'd recommend opening a ticket with the Appian support team.
