User / Group name restricted

Hi there! I am working on the step by step #5 and I am at the part where I design record types, specifically creating the W#SA maintenance record type. I ran into the issue of not having editing access in order to GENERATE EVENT RECORD TYPES, and when I tried editing my access to be an admin/editor, I believe I removed the admin group somehow, because now it is appearing as "[Group Name Restricted]." Any thoughts on how I switch this back to W#SA Admin?

You need someone with admin-level access to restore the permissions to make this change.
Alternatively, you can create a new record type and proceed, or contact Appian Community Edition support by emailing communityedition@appian.com

Groups have security and visibility as in who can see the group name, members etc. By the screenshot its look like you don't have permissions to modify the record security (x are disabled, add users or group is not visible).  To fix that I suggest the below:

When you search in your objects for the W#SA Admin group does the search results in the group? - If its not deleted but you mistakenly removed yourself from it then you need to get yourself added into it. Drop a mail to communityedition@appian.com to add you to this group. Once you are in the Admin group  then you will be able to see the Group name.
