which user get assigned to task when a task is assigned to group of users?

when a task gets assigned to group ,how does Appian decides which user it gets assigned to?

a) The first person that accepts the task

b)The person which opens the task first

c) It gets assigned alphabetically

d)First member of the group

Appian just assigned to the group, not to the users.

And it's not in series (Alphabetically or any other order), it's just assigned to all the members of the group in one shot.
