Will Appian allow to access the site without user creation inside Appian?

Hi,

Can someone help here...

We have a database with a user credentials in a table.

Will Appian allow us to access the site just by checking whether user credentials is there in the database table or not

No. You would need to create actual user accounts with those credentials.

    Can we create our own password and assign the same while creating user account in Appian.

    Yes it is possible to set the password when creating the account when using the Create User With i18n Smart Service in the [View:https://community.appian.com/b/appmarket/posts/personalization-utilities] plugin.
