An error occurred in executing an Activity Class.

Hi, 

I am running into this error  "An error occurred in executing an Activity Class."  while attempting to Export Data Store Entity to Excel (smart service). We are only facing this issue only in one of our ENV after upgrading from 22.3 to 24.2 (On-prem).

I have checked to see if the PM and datastore is published, no strings are used in pointing the Datastore entity. Please help me understand this.

Did you check the tomcat stdout log file?

com.appiancorp.analytics.excel_export

we are using 3.4.0

Not sure if above issue is caused by version. As mentioned, we recently upgraded from 22.4. to 24.2(On Prem) and this plugin has stopped working.
