Copy Excel Sheet and Add it in new Excel Document

I need to copy the First Sheet from an Excel Document and add the same to the new Excel Document as its FIrst Sheet. can you please suggest the best approach and the smart services.

Note: The First sheet will contains the data, so it should not be altered while copying
