Delete Rules/Constant version Smart service not working

Hi All,

         I m trying to delete the old versions of interface and expression rules using Delete Rules/Constant version Smart service in Content tools plugin. I have passed the folder id(folder where interfaces and rules are present), number of versions to keep (10) but after executing the smart service, no versions got deleted. So, could anyone who used this plugin suggest what exactly i should do?

I tried the same approach, and it worked perfectly for me.

Ensure that the folder ID you provided is correct and that it contains the interfaces and rules you want to delete.

Check if the interfaces and rules in the folder have more than 10 versions. If not, the smart service will not delete any versions.

If the issue persists, you may want to contact Appian support for further assistance in troubleshooting the problem.

Seems correct. are you sure that the folder id is correct? Do you see any error in logs?
