Hello,

It is not the first time I do that but today I cannot download a plugin. I always receive an authentication error: "Authentication failed. Please check your credentials and try again". I'm well connected with the new connection way with 2 factors identification. Have you the same issue ?

Regards

I did already with edge and chrome browser including different networks, incognito mode, cache clearing and so on.

Nothing. I contacted appian support. They suggested clearing cookies etc. They took my test results and fowarded it to their team.

Hi [mention:0898fd87c4f5421d84852c1f05d2e4e7:e9ed411860ed4f2ba0265705b8793d05],

I'm using the new authentication method & I was able to download the plug-in without any issue.

I have the same Issue:

{"resource":"\/suite\/rest\/a\/content\/latest\/isBCLGOdlMUpdGVqW3KCvlJ3bZ6d_hLmtPbXFIlLc4DByT0PqjU_6GpmS8W\/o","error":"APNX-1-4187-000","message":"Authentication failed. Please check your credentials and try again.","title":"An Error Has Occurred"}

Does anybody has a solution for this?

-> I am loggedin via two factor authentication (code via SMS and password).
Any ideas?

I just tried myself and get a similar error in Firefox formatted as follows:

When I have time I might try playing around with in-browser functionality like clearing cache / cookies / re-logging-in, and see if that seems to have any effect.
