I want to edit the group's membership rules dynamically from Appian UI, do we have any smart service/function available to achieve the same?

I think this does not exist. Can you explain your use case? There might be an alternative approach.

Hi Stefan,

I want user to be added based on the value of custom field in their profile. hence it would be helpful if we can modify the membership rules.

Instead of modifying some rules, you could just add/remove the users directly. If you use SAML, you can control membership from your identity management system.
