Export Data Store Entity To Excel - New ENV

Hi Everyone.

I am facing an issue with export data store entity to excel.

We are using this smart service in our application to export data to excel, it is working fine in Both DEV and SIT environment. We have set up a new env to test our code in that environment all export smart is failing and throwing this error when clicked.

As part analysis i have created a sandbox application in all env and created test application in that an interface to test a!exportDataStoreEntityToExcel() function, its again failing in new environment but working fine in DEV and SIT environment.

Can anyone help me out why its throwing this error?
