Is anyone aware of Export Database Data to CSV smart service?

We are using this smart service in one of our processes and saving the data in one table using Import Database Data from CSV. Export in CSV is working fine but when importing the data in table, it is giving format error on date column. We want to find how this Export Database Data to CSV works to understand if this format change is occuring when generating the CSV. We are currently analysing all the possibilities of this issue.
