    Hello [mention:a0cb9d1f6c284d9f8075981e0d6bdf8c:e9ed411860ed4f2ba0265705b8793d05]
Quick question earlier used to work in environment or you build recently?

    Hi Shubham,

Currently same smart service is working in another DEV environment for same application. We have just deployed the same objects to newly created dedicated DEV environment for same application. Now also this smart service is working in another DEV environment but failing in this newly created DEV environment.

Both DEV environments are in Appian version is 23.2v.
Let us know for more information.

    Regards,
    Sandeep

Interesting!!There might be environment-specific differences. I would suggest you try this
Check the Appian error logs for more specific details about the "null" error. It might pinpoint the exact issue.
Also, double-confirm all settings in the Export SQL to Excel smart service within the new environment. Make sure the SQL query and output formatting are configured correctly.
